Handmade Maple and Cherry striped wooden pizza peel, pizza paddle, board

My first job was working at a bakery. I learned about pizza peels early. These peels were around for more than 80 years and still being used on a daily basis. A pizza peel will last you generations.

Pizza peel has been joined together with waterproof glue. Main board measures 14″ in width by 16″ deep and approximately 1/2″ thick, with a 10″ handle measuring 26″ in total length.Both sides of the board can be used to recover or place a pizza in the oven. The front corner is tapered on both sides for ease of use. A hole can be added on the handle to give you the ability to hang the paddle, upon request.

The pizza paddle is sanded down to 220 grit. The wood is soaked in mineral oil.

The product are made from start to finish in Oklahoma. Each piece of wood is selected for its color, characteristics, brilliance, and beauty to ensure that you have the highest quality product possible.

It should be cleaned with hot soapy water and dried if necessary. Do not use the dishwasher to clean.
